NATURAL SOLUTIONS AGAINST FATIGUE

Natural solutions can be effective in fighting fatigue and helping the body recover. The ideal would of course be to treat the disease at the root, but in the immediate future or if the fatigue is temporary, here are some remedies to try to regain strength and tone.

Anti-fatigue foods

Food is the first anti-fatigue allies. For a quick boost of energy, chocolate, rich in magnesium, oilseeds, honey, dried or fresh fruits such as bananas, with its high potassium content, yogurt and citrus juice are effective. Other foods such as parsley, which can be eaten in juice, green vegetables such as broccoli, watercress and spinach, sprouted seeds, red meat, seafood, oily fish and pasta are to be integrated into daily regimen to replenish your energy.

Toning plants

Why not tap into the power of nature to overcome fatigue? Plants like peppermint, thyme, sour orange, ginseng, cinnamon, rosehip or cardamom are known for their tonic properties. To revitalize the body, other natural remedies such as basil, mint, eucalyptus, nettle or dandelion are to be put in the bath. Some plants have anti-depressive properties. This is the case with basil and chamomile. Whether it is intellectual or physical fatigue, cola nut, to chew, and yerba mate, to take as an infusion, also help to regain peach.

Rest

There is no miracle cure for fatigue. To supplement the diet and the natural remedies offered, it is necessary to take the time to rest. Sometimes all it takes is a good night’s sleep to recover. To fall asleep more easily, it is advisable to drink valerian or linden tea. If fatigue persists despite these efforts, your best bet is to see a doctor, it could be severe asthenia or a symptom of a disease that needs to be diagnosed.

Three recipes to recharge your batteries

Here are three recipes to prepare at home in case of fatigue:

–          Honey and lemon: take a lemon, extract the juice, dilute it with a little water and add the same amount of honey. Mix everything well before drinking.

–          Carrot and citrus fruits: take 2 to 3 oranges, a lemon and a carrot. Extract the juice and mix well before drinking, preferably in the morning. It is possible to add a pinch of cinnamon. –          Banana, avocado and citrus: this smoothie recipe is particularly suitable after exercise. Just mix together the avocado, banana and an orange or grapefruit. It is possible to add the juice of a lemon, a few walnuts or a cup of almond milk according to taste.
